As of 1st January 2021, any business sending or receiving goods to the UK has been subject to a range of Customs charges and Vat on imports.
To date, to avoid these charges for our Customers in Great Britain, we have used a courier service and have sent all of our GB-bound orders to Northern Ireland to be posted with Royal mail, as goods sent from Northern Ireland are not subject to charges . We have absorbed the costs of this process to avoid our customers paying extra charges and will continue to do so .
To date we have also absorbed the customs and vat charges on parcels that are returned to us. Unfortunately we cannot continue to do so. It is with regret that we must establish a no returns policy to orders that are returned by post from GB. Shoes can of course be returned in person.
