We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase within 60 days as long as the item has not been worn or damaged.
We recommend that you test the fit of any pumps or jig shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles. Please note we cannot refund or exchange pumps or shoes that have been worn at a dance class unless faulty.
If you need to return an item please print a copy of the returns form or a copy of the order form (which you received at purchase) and enclose it with your goods.

We recommend that you send returns using a recorded delivery service, as we are unable to exchange or refund returns until they are received by our returns department.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the items are faulty or were sent in error. The postage cost of sending replacements will be charged to the card detailed on the returns form or alternatively our staff will call you for details. If the original item was sent in error or is faulty, then the cost of returning it to us will be refunded to your card and the replacement item will be sent without charging you for postage.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to us shipping it to you.
